Throughout these Terms, “Majestic Furniture”, “Majestic”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Majestic Furniture LLC. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website, creating an account, making an enquiry or purchasing products or services from us. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product or service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Terms, Delivery Policy and Return Policy.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable UAE law. If you are under 18 years of age, you should use this website only under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes; interfere with its security or functionality; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; transmit malicious software; scrape content without permission; or impersonate another person. Majestic Furniture offers products that may include furniture, mattresses, pillows, bedding accessories, bedroom furniture, wardrobes, sofas, beds, dressing tables and customised or made-to-order furniture. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colours, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Product images are provided primarily for illustration, and the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, lighting conditions and device settings. Furniture produced using wood, veneer, marble, stone, leather, fabric, metal and other natural or handcrafted materials may contain reasonable variations in grain, shade, texture, pattern or finish. Such natural variations are characteristics of the material and do not automatically constitute manufacturing defects. Upholstered products may also show minor variations in stitching, fabric placement or dimensions resulting from the manufacturing and upholstery process. Where exact dimensions are important for installation or access, customers should verify product measurements and available space before placing an order.

Certain Majestic Furniture products can be customised according to requirements such as size, dimensions, fabric, colour, upholstery, firmness, configuration, material, headboard design, storage option or other specifications. A customised or made-to-order product is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s approved requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications before approving the order. Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible or may involve additional charges, subject to applicable UAE consumer law. Majestic Furniture will not normally be responsible for errors resulting from measurements, specifications, fabric choices, colours or instructions supplied or approved by the customer unless the product delivered materially differs from the final specifications confirmed by Majestic Furniture.

Products displayed on our website may be in stock, available subject to confirmation, made to order, manufactured after ordering, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after your order is submitted, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product, a revised delivery schedule or a refund where applicable.
